The objective for MoJ goal is to deliver a modern, sustainable and resilient criminal justice system, which ensures timely progression of cases through the courts and supports victims and witnesses to engage with, and feel confident in, the justice system. We want to strengthen our understanding of what works to achieve these aims at each stage.
